Hello and welcome!
I’m Kyle Trietley, the La Crosse Community Lead for Marine Credit Union. At Marine Credit Union, our mission is to empower individuals, guiding them from a place of financial need to a life of ownership and giving back to our communities. I recently completed a master’s in servant leadership at Viterbo University, and I am committed to applying this philosophy to better the La Crosse community through compassion, collaboration, and courage.
I have called La Crosse home since 2019. I love the area, and I spend my free time hiking, golfing, working out, producing music, and creating memories with family, friends, and my dog, Pepper-Rona. Marine Credit Union boasts a rich history spanning over 90 years, evolving from a small credit union serving Mercury Marine employees to a robust organization supporting over 78,000 members today. Headquartered in La Crosse, Wisconsin, Marine Credit Union was originally founded in Fond du Lac, Wisconsin, in 1949. VolunTEAM is a cross-functional internal committee that organizes and promotes volunteer opportunities throughout our field of membership to encourage our team to give back.
The Belonging and Inclusion Task Force is a group within Marine Credit Union that is focused on promoting diversity, equity and inclusion within our organization and communities. We work to identify and address barriers to inclusion, develop strategies to foster a more inclusive environment and implement initiatives to support underrepresented groups.
