Hi, I’m Julio Molina, and I help individuals and families find the right mortgage solutions at Marine Credit Union. My goal is to make the home financing process clear, supportive, and easy to understand so members can move forward with confidence.

I bring a strong background in customer service, sales, and community support, with years of experience helping people navigate important financial and life decisions. Throughout my career, I’ve worked closely with individuals and families to understand their needs, provide clear information, and guide them through complex processes. My experience includes working in high-volume customer environments, leadership roles, and community-based organizations where communication, trust, and problem-solving are essential. I previously served as Sales Director at Mercedes-Benz of Rochester, where I led customer-facing teams and focused on delivering exceptional service experiences. I’ve also supported entrepreneurs and community members through my work with the Collider Foundation, helping individuals connect with resources and opportunities.
Because of this background, I understand how important it is for people to feel supported, informed, and confident when making financial decisions like purchasing a home.

My approach is simple: listen first, then guide. Every person’s situation is different, so I focus on understanding what matters most to

Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my family and staying active in the community here in Rochester, Minnesota. My professional journey has always been connected to helping people — whether through leadership, coaching, or community support initiatives. I’m also bilingual in English and Spanish, which allows me to serve a wider range of families in our community and help make financial information more accessible.
