Marine Credit Union Celebrates Local Agriculture Through Support of Chippewa Falls Farmer Appreciation Dinner

CHIPPEWA FALLS, Wis. — June 17, 2026 — Marine Credit Union (MCU) is proud to support the 56th Annual Farmer Appreciation Dinner hosted by the Chippewa Falls Area Chamber of Commerce, celebrating the important role farmers and agricultural partners play in strengthening the local economy and communities across western Wisconsin.

MCU will sponsor a booth at the event and provide 100 complimentary tickets to local farmer-members in the Chippewa Falls area.

The community event takes place on Wednesday, June 24, 2026, from 4–8 p.m. at the Northern Wisconsin State Fairgrounds and will include live music, family activities and a charcoal chicken dinner recognizing local farm families and agricultural professionals.

“Agriculture is deeply connected to the strength of many of the communities we serve,” said MCU President and CEO Tom Knothe. “We’re honored to take part in an event that recognizes the people behind that work and whose contributions impact this region every day.”

Hosted annually by the Chamber, the Farmer Appreciation Dinner welcomes farmers, agritourism partners, businesses and community members from across the Chippewa Falls region. Farm families receive complimentary meals through the support of local sponsors as a way to thank them for their continued impact on the local economy and food systems.
