Hi, my name is Vanessa Reyes, and I’m a Mortgage Loan Representative with Marine Credit Union. I proudly serve clients across Wisconsin, helping individuals and families navigate the path to homeownership with confidence.

I’m passionate about working with first-time homebuyers, families who have been told “no” in the past, and those looking for real solutions to move forward. I believe homeownership should be possible for everyone, and I’m committed to guiding my clients every step of the way with honesty, education, and support.

With over 14 years of experience in the mortgage industry, I bring a strong understanding of lending, credit, and financial solutions. I bring experience in ITIN lending and take pride in serving diverse communities. As a bilingual professional fluent in English and Spanish, I’m able to connect with and support a wide range of clients in a way that feels comfortable and empowering.

My approach is simple I treat every client like family. This work is personal to me, and I take pride in helping people reach milestones that truly change their lives.

Outside of work, my greatest joy is being a mom to my four children. They are my why and the driving force behind everything I do. I deeply value time spent with my family and close friends, whether it’s the everyday moments or special milestones. Those relationships keep me grounded, motivated, and remind me of what truly matters, something I carry with me into the way I care for my clients every day.

Hola, mi nombre es Vanessa Reyes y soy Representante de Préstamos Hipotecarios en Marine Credit Union. Me enorgullece servir a clientes en todo Wisconsin, ayudando a individuos y familias a navegar el camino hacia la compra de su hogar con confianza.

Me apasiona trabajar con compradores de vivienda por primera vez, con familias a quienes anteriormente les han dicho “no”, y con aquellos que buscan soluciones reales para salir adelante. Creo que la oportunidad de ser propietario de una vivienda debe ser posible para todos, y estoy comprometida a guiar an mis clientes en cada paso del proceso con honestidad, educación y apoyo.

Con más de 14 años de experiencia en la industria hipotecaria, aporto un sólido conocimiento en préstamos, crédito y soluciones financieras. Me especializo en préstamos ITIN y me enorgullece servir a comunidades diversas. Como profesional bilingüe, hablo inglés y español con fluidez, lo que me permite conectar y apoyar an mis clientes de una manera clara, cómoda y empoderadora.

Mi enfoque es simple: trato a cada cliente como si fuera parte de mi familia. Este trabajo es personal para mí, y me llena de orgullo ayudar a las personas a alcanzar metas que realmente cambian sus vidas.

Fuera del trabajo, mi mayor alegría es ser mamá de mis cuatro hijos. Ellos son mi motor y la razón detrás de todo lo que hago. Valoro profundamente el tiempo que paso con mi familia y amigos cercanos, ya sea en los momentos cotidianos o en ocasiones especiales. Esas relaciones me mantienen centrada, motivada y me recuerdan lo que realmente importa, algo que llevo conmigo en la forma en que cuido a mis clientes todos los días.
