About Tom

My guiding mission has always focused on making a positive impact on the Common Good by inspiring others to excel in their lives. Throughout my career, I have worked in the legal field, higher education, and the credit union industry. In each of these fields, I’ve had the privilege of helping others develop and succeed. I believe leaders have a moral obligation to support others in reaching their potential. I’ve been blessed to work with many great people in mission-driven organizations, which has allowed me to grow personally and advance many lives.

As President and CEO of Marine Credit Union, I focus on fostering a culture of appreciation, teamwork, collaboration, and innovation. Together, we can continue to make a meaningful difference in the lives of those we serve: our employees, members, and communities.

Personally, I have deep roots in the La Crosse area. My wife, Diane, and I have had the joy of raising our three children in this wonderful community. In my free time, I enjoy being with my family, golfing, fishing, and gardening.
