About Me

Serving as the Chief Service Delivery and Experience Officer I have the privilege to oversee Branches, Marketing, Contact Center, Member Experience and Digital Products and Services.  The team at Marine is exactly why I decided to join this incredible credit union! The mission is at the fourth front of everything we do!  Having a passion to serve the community helps me to stay informed about the needs and gaps in the region and opportunities for Marine to make a bigger impact. I joined Marine in January of 2023, bringing nearly two decades of experience in the financial sector.

I earned a degree in International Business in Windsor Ontario, Canada, and a graduate from CUNA Management School with a Credit Union Certified Executive Certificate. I’m an experienced mentor and coach to top-performing, cross-cultural teams, and is a credit union thought leader, having contributed to stories on women in leadershipservices for the underbanked and advancing women of color in the credit union movement. I was also featured in a May 2022 article, “Every Member Has a Story,” that also featured Marine Credit Union. 

I enjoy watching movies, cooking and boating with my son!  He is the light of my life and keeps me grounded in everything I do! I look forward to serving the members of Marine Credit Union. Without our members, we wouldn’t be where we are today!
