What are mobile/digital banking password requirements?

Online Banking password must incorporate the following characteristics:

Contain 10-20 characters
Include at least one lowercase letter, at least one uppercase letter, at least one special character, and at least one number.
Each new password must NOT be the same as the previous 10 passwords.
