We have reports of members receiving fraud calls spoofing MCU and asking for the last eight digits of their debit card. MCU will never call you and ask for card numbers or fraud alert codes. If you receive a call immediately disconnect and contact MCU directly at 800.923.7280, via secure message, or visit a branch.
