Will my payment be sent electronically or by check?

This depends on the payee.

• If the payee is set up to accept electronic payments through our Bill Pay system, the payment will be sent electronically and should arrive the business day indicated unless submitted after 1pm CST.
• If the payee is not set up for electronic payments, Marine Credit Union will mail a check on your behalf. Mailed checks typically arrive within 5 business days.

Regardless of the payment method, once you schedule the payment, no further action is needed from you.
