I’m Erika Rondorf and I enjoy helping people turn the dream of homeownership into a reality. As a Mortgage Loan Representative with Marine Credit Union, I work closely with homebuyers, homeowners, and trusted community partners to find mortgage solutions that truly fit their goals and financial picture. My focus is always on making the process feel clear, comfortable, and supportive from the first conversation to the closing table.

My background in financial services and insurance allows me to bring a well-rounded perspective when helping clients explore their options. I enjoy simplifying complex financial products and guiding people through important decisions so they can move forward with confidence. I also enjoy building
relationships with real estate professionals and fellow mortgage professionals so that together we can ensure every client has a path forward.

Originally from California, I’ve proudly called Wisconsin home for over fifteen years. I’m happily married to my husband, Jeffrey, and love spending time with our big, beautiful family. Outside of work you’ll usually find me traveling, attending music festivals, cheering on the Brewers and Bucks, or trying a new restaurant with friends and family. I believe relationships matter, and I strive to bring warmth, patience, and a genuine desire to help others into everything I do.
