New Checks & Debit Cards
Please begin using your new Marine Credit Union checks and debit card effective March 1st. Before your first use, you must activate your new debit card by following the instructions in the letter that accompanied it. Your United Service debit card will no longer be active. Remaining United Service checks can be shredded. If you have multiple boxes of United Service checks, they may be returned to your local branch for free replacement. If by mistake you use a United Service check or if you have a United Service check that has yet to clear after March 1st, the check will still clear.
The United Service Community Credit Union credit card will continue to work. New cards will not be issued at this time. Credit Card payments may continue to be mailed to the address on your statement or can be paid online by clicking here. To request a copy of your credit card disclosures, click here.
To access the new Online Banking system, you will need your new account number and a temporary password. Your username will be MCU followed by your account number. For example, account 12345 would enter MCU12345. The default password will be set to the first two letters of the primary account holder’s last name followed by the last six digits of your social security number.
|Username||Primary Account Holder’s Name||Social Security Number||Default Password|
Click here and enter the username and default password in the Online Banking login area on the main screen. Once entered, click the red ‘Go’ button. You will be prompted to change your temporary username and password to a selection of your choice and will be granted access to your account.
