Fond du Lac District Positions

Part-time Member Service Representative - Pioneer Road Branch, Ripon Branch

Serve as a liaison between the member and the credit union. Responsible for providing accurate account information and professionally handling members’ daily credit union needs. Provide a variety of transaction services for members, including but not limited to: proper receiving and handling of deposits, checks and payments, processing withdrawals and cashing checks for members.

Full-time Member Service Representative - Pioneer Road Branch

Serve as a liaison between the member and the credit union. Responsible for providing accurate account information and professionally handling members’ daily credit union needs. Provide a variety of transaction services for members, including but not limited to: proper receiving and handling of deposits, checks and payments, processing withdrawals and cashing checks for members.

Mortgage Loan Originator – Fond du Lac Branches

With the assistance of Mortgage Loan Processing and Administration, Serves as a liaison between prospective/existing Members, community contacts, and the credit union for all mortgage related inquiries. Acts as the primary representative for the organization’s mortgage lending activity to community and industry contacts, building close relationships with them. Interviews applicants for loans, gathers background information as required, and analyzes loan applicants’ credit history. Partners with others to approve or deny loan applications based on analysis. Works with mortgage support staff to ensure timely response to member inquires, and ensure a standard of service excellence. Focuses on Conforming mortgage lending activity, passing opportunities for Portfolio lending to the Mortgage Loan Representative as appropriate. ALL APPLICANTS ELIGIBLE FOR A CONFORMING LOAN WILL BE PROCESSED BY A MORTGAGE LOAN ORIGINATOR.

Serves as a liaison between prospective/existing Members and the credit union for all Portfolio mortgage related inquiries. Solicits and interviews applicants for loans, gathers background information as required, and analyzes loan applicants’ credit history. Partners with others to approve or deny loan applications based on analysis and company mortgage policies. Works with mortgage support staff to ensure timely response to member inquires, and ensure a standard of service excellence. Focuses on Portfolio mortgage lending activity, passing opportunities for Conforming lending to the Mortgage Loan Originator as appropriate. ALL APPLICANTS ELIGIBLE FOR A CONFORMING LOAN WILL BE PROCESSED BY A MORTGAGE LOAN ORIGINATOR.

Consumer Loan Officer – Fond du Lac Branches

This professional will serve as a liaison between the member and the credit union. Responsible for finding, interviewing, and accurately documenting the creditworthiness of applicants for loans. Approve or deny loan applications based on analysis.

La Crosse District Positions

Consumer Loan Officer – Rushford Branch, Decorah Branch, Onalaska Branch, Prairie du Chien Branch

This professional will serve as a liaison between the member and the credit union. Responsible for finding, interviewing, and accurately documenting the creditworthiness of applicants for loans. Approve or deny loan applications based on analysis.

Part-time Member Service Representative - Eau Claire Branch

Serve as a liaison between the member and the credit union. Responsible for providing accurate account information and professionally handling members’ daily credit union needs. Mortgage Loan Originator – Monitor Street Office, La Crosse Branch, Eau Claire Branch

Acts as the primary representative for the organization’s mortgage lending activity to community and industry contacts, building close relationships with them. IT Systems Administrator – Administrative Building

The System Administrator (SA) is responsible for effective provisioning, installation, configuration, operation, and maintenance of systems hardware and software and related infrastructure. This individual participates in technical research and development to enable continuing innovation within the infrastructure. The Systems Administrator will ensure that system hardware, operating systems, software systems, and related procedures adhere to organizational values and quality standards. Will document processes and solutions as required.

Accounting Supervisor – Administrative Building

Supervise the day to day operations of the Accounting Department to ensure an efficient, accurate, and compliment work environment. Supervise Accounting Department staff to include writing performance reviews, mentoring, coaching, preparing staff schedules, interviewing, and onboarding. Perform accounting work to include daily and month end reconciliations, reviewing month end reconciliations, approving daily journal entries, preparing tax returns, and approving accounts payable.

Human Resources Recruiter – Administrative Building

This position is responsible for providing the highest level of staffing services to Marine Credit Union leaders and employees. This position delivers high quality professional candidates and advances MCUs brand, while guiding hiring managers and candidates through MCUs selection process. This individual will perform full lifecycle recruiting, including: candidate generation, screening, assessment, interview scheduling, provision of offers, and coordination of new hire classes. External relationship building is important, including development of relationships at targeted community groups and colleges. Provides support to Chief Human Resources Officer as required.

 

Milwaukee District Positions
