I have a belief that there are no chance encounters in life and that everything happens when it does for a reason. I have to say my own personal course that led me to my role here at Marine Credit Union solidifies that belief for me! Marine Credit Union boasts a rich history spanning over 90 years, evolving from a small credit union serving Mercury Marine employees to a robust organization supporting over 78,000 members today. Headquartered in La Crosse, Wisconsin, Marine Credit Union was originally founded in Fond du Lac, Wisconsin, in 1949. Since its inception, we have expanded significantly, merging with or acquiring more than thirty financial institutions across Wisconsin, Iowa, and Minnesota.

VolunTEAM is a cross-functional internal committee that organizes and promotes volunteer opportunities throughout our field of membership to encourage our team to give back.
The Belonging and Inclusion Task Force is a group within Marine Credit Union that is focused on promoting diversity, equity and inclusion within our organization and communities. We work to identify and address barriers to inclusion, develop strategies to foster a more inclusive environment and implement initiatives to support underrepresented groups.
