Fond du Lac District Positions

Part-Time Member Service Representative – Rees St., Wisconsin American Drive

Serve as a liaison between the member and the credit union. Responsible for providing accurate account information and professionally handling members’ daily credit union needs. Provide a variety of transaction services for members, including but not limited to: proper receiving and handling of deposits, checks and payments, processing withdrawals and cashing checks for members.

Consumer Loan Officer – Rees St., Pioneer Rd.

This professional will serve as a liaison between the member and the credit union. Responsible for finding, interviewing, and accurately documenting the creditworthiness of applicants for loans. Approve or deny loan applications based on analysis.

Mortgage Loan Officer – Pioneer Rd., Fond du Lac, and Suamico

Serve as a liaison between the member and the credit union for all mortgage related inquiries. Responsible for interviewing applicants for loans, gathering background information and analyzing loan applicants’ credit history. Approve or deny loan applications based on analysis. Work proactively to build business throughout the community.

Assistant Branch Manager – Pioneer Rd.

Act as a revenue-producing loan officer. Assist in leading a credit union branch. Ensure branch staff members are providing quality service to members in all areas of branch operations. Helps to mentor and train employees to meet performance goals and develop careers within the organization. Focus, direct, delegate, and motivate branch staff in order to achieve business goals. Assist Branch Manager in managing budget and operating expenses to ensure efficiency.

 

La Crosse District Positions

Full-time Member Service Representative - Onalaska

This professional will serve as a liaison between the member and the credit union. Responsible for providing accurate account information and professionally handling members’ daily credit union needs. Provide a variety of transaction services for members, including but not limited to: proper receiving and handling of deposits, checks and payments, processing withdrawals and cashing checks for members.

Contact Center Representative – La Crosse

The Contact Center Representative is the first point of contact for members, and is responsible for taking calls in a high volume call center environment to refer loans, handle member maintenance requests, and answer member questions regarding their accounts. Very occasional face-to-face contact with members may be required. A strong emphasis is placed on sales, referrals and providing excellent service to all members. This position requires a high level of professionalism and organization, and is responsible for establishing, developing and maintaining profitable financial relationships with our members.

Commercial Loan Portfolio Manager – La Crosse

Oversee the loan operations of MCU Commercial Lending. This position will act as a facilitator to streamline the process of branch originating commercial loans along with the ongoing monitoring of member business loans. Assist in underwriting and processing business loan applications. Be accountable for the ongoing monitoring of business loans including follow up on all lien perfections, all documentation exceptions, and annual reviews. Responsible for preparing monthly reports to help analyze and manage business risk for MCU Commercial Lending.

Indirect Loan Buyer – La Crosse

Serve as a liaison between the Indirect Finance Network and the credit union. Analyze credit applications for loans submitted by third party auto dealers or merchants. Gather necessary background information to make sound lending decisions based on the applicants’ credit profile and underwrite loans in accordance with department goals and standards. Communicate with Finance Managers to negotiate finance terms and secure loan contracts. Will support MCU’s underwriting program in accordance with goals and standards for the department and credit union.

Indirect Loan Representative– La Crosse

Indirect Loan Processors serve as a liaison between the Indirect Finance Network and the credit union. Loan processors are responsible for processing various loan applications, gathering background information and analyzing loan applicants’ credit history. They approve or deny loan applications based on analysis, and ensure follow-up on all applicants to verify information received through third party is correct and complete.

Mortgage Loan Officer – La Crosse, Onalaska

Serve as a liaison between the member and the credit union for all mortgage related inquiries. Responsible for interviewing applicants for loans, gathering background information and analyzing loan applicants’ credit history. Approve or deny loan applications based on analysis. Work proactively to build business throughout the community.

Consumer Loan Officer Trainee– La Crosse

This professional will serve as a liaison between the member and the credit union. Responsible for finding, interviewing, and accurately documenting the creditworthiness of applicants for loans. Approve or deny loan applications based on analysis.

Compliance Officer – La Crosse

Oversee all credit union compliance operations to ensure Community Banking operates with full understanding of applicable laws and regulations. An emphasis is placed on providing accurate information to decision makers to improve credit union business results. On an on-going basis, review laws and regulations that impact the credit union’s compliance requirements, with emphasis on Bank Secrecy Act, Patriot Action, and OFAC. Evaluate the credit union’s policies, procedures, products, and programs to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations. Make recommendations for change where appropriate.

Project Coordinator– La Crosse

Provide support to the organization for Change Management and Administration initiatives, including Project Coordination, Credit Union Policy Creation and Administration, Change Implementation, and other duties as assigned. Help coordinate Credit Union projects, supporting efficient project management, resource allocation, and implementation. Prepare statistical, financial or other reports. Assist in the preparation, distribution and updates of project schedules, presentations, reports and corporate plans.

Director of Lending Administration– La Crosse

This position is responsible for Retail and Commercial Lending Administration functions at Marine Credit Union. Ensure all new and modified loans are compliant with MCU policies, operational objectives and reporting requirements.

 

Milwaukee District Positions

Serve as a liaison between the member and the credit union for all mortgage related inquiries. Responsible for interviewing applicants for loans, gathering background information and analyzing loan applicants’ credit history. Approve or deny loan applications based on analysis. Work proactively to build business throughout the community.

Serve as a liaison between the member and the credit union. Responsible for providing accurate account information and professionally handling members’ daily credit union needs.
