EAST REGION POSITIONS

Part Time Member Service Representative - ALL locations

This professional will provide exceptional customer service and deliver solutions to meet the financial needs of members. Excellent attention to detail coupled with a strong sales orientations is required. FLEXIBLE HOURS! Ideal hours for PARENTS who would like a career while their kids are in school or for STUDENTS who want to work around their school schedule.

Member Service Representative - Fond du Lac

This professional will provide exceptional customer service and deliver solutions to meet the financial needs of members. Excellent attention to detail coupled with a strong sales orientation is required. This position has high growth potential and successful candidates will be primed for future leadership opportunities. Seeking full-time candidates for our Suamico location.

Consumer Loan Officer - Fond du Lac

This professional will serve as a liaison between the member and the credit union for all consumer lending related inquiries. Responsible for interviewing applicants for loans, gathering background information and analyzing loan applicants' credit history. Approve or deny loan applications based on analysis. Knowledge of loan collections, consumer credit, and consumer lending is helpful. The ideal candidate will have selling skills and business development knowledge.

Mortgage Loan Processor - Fond du Lac

Responsibilities for the Mortgage Loan Processor Position include assisting the Mortgage Loan Originators with the timely and accurate processing of loan documents, cross-selling additional products and services to meet member needs, managing member/community relations and soliciting new business. The ideal candidate should have the ability to work independently and have a strong desire to succeed in a sales and goal driven organization. Previous experience in a financial institution is required.  

Operations Manager - Fond du Lac

This individual will be responsible for the credit unions Contact Center , Payment Systems department and Card Services department. The ideal candidate will support the growth of a scalable infrastructure to meet the credit union’s future needs as well as support the development of efficient back office departments which also support the credit union’s strategy of decentralized growth. The selected candidate will develop and guide the staff in providing quality service to members within established policies and procedures. This professional must have a Bachelor’s degree in a business related field and 5-7 years leadership experience in the financial services industry. Experience in both the retail and support functions of financial services is required.

Branch Manager - Suamico

This individual will be responsible for loan and deposit functions, business development, and management duties in a sales environment. The selected candidate will develop and guide branch staff in providing quality service to members in the areas of deposit and lending services, new accounts, and solving problems within established policies and procedures. Emphasis will be placed on meeting goals in an environment that rewards sales. The ideal candidate should be outgoing with a pleasant personality, possess high ethical standards, and have the desire to lead and motivate others. Previous experience in a financial institution, managerial experience and proficient knowledge of deposit and lending areas is required.

WEST REGION POSITIONS

HR Manager - La Crosse

This professional will develop and administer various human resources plans and procedures, develop department goals, implement and update a compensation program, develop and maintain AA program and EEO records, oversee the recruitment function and perform other duties as assigned. Must have a Bachelor's Degree and 5 years HR experience, or a Master's Degree in Human Resources Management and 4 years experience in the HR field or appropriate combination of education and experience. SPHR preferred.

Indirect Loan Processor - Part-Time - La Crosse

This professional will serve as a liaison between the Indirect Finance Network and the credit union. Responsible for receiving applications for loans, processing various loan applications, gathering background information and analyzing loan applicants’ credit history.  Approve or deny loan applications based on analysis. The processor will also ensure follow-up on all loans from request through funding process. Excellent attention to detail coupled with a strong sales orientation is required.

Mortgage Loan Originator - La Crosse Decorah & Prairie du Chien

This professional will serve as a liaison between the member and the credit union for all mortgage related inquiries. Responsible for interviewing applicants for loans, gathering background information and analyzing loan applicants' credit history. Approve or deny loan applications based on analysis. Knowledge of loan collections, consumer credit is helpful. Experience in mortgage lending is required. The ideal candidate will have selling skills and business development knowledge.

Programmer Analyst - La Crosse

Responsible for managing software applications which includes implementing regular system updates, writing and maintaining system and process documentation, and ensuring high-levels of availability. This person will also support business users by developing and delivering accurate and timely ad hoc and periodic business reports and data extracts required for business operations. The Programmer Analyst will also troubleshoot software issues by collaborating with both internal users and software vendors. This professional must participate in business process redesign projects by suggesting and helping to implement process improvements, automation, and self-service reporting. This person will also be involved in developing, implementing and testing disaster recovery procedures.

The analyst must have 2 or 4-year college/technical degree in IT area and at least 5 years experience in an IT applications role. IntegraSys CUBE, MS SQL Server, MS Windows environment, business intelligence, reporting, query and analysis and CRM applications experience are also desirable. Interested professionals must possess a strong desire to “take action” and grow as the company grows, and to have a career position in a goal and results oriented environment.
